We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government authority, including in response to Texas Department of Agriculture inspection requests for pesticide application records pursuant to 4 Tex. Admin. Code § 7.24.

06 — SMS Data
SMS opt-in data, including your phone number, consent timestamp, opt-in source, and any opt-out records, is maintained separately and is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes. This data is retained for the duration of the client relationship and for a minimum of four (4) years thereafter to document TCPA compliance pursuant to 47 U.S.C. § 227 and FCC regulations at 47 C.F.R. § 64.1200.
07 — Payment Data
Payment card processing is handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Better Call Sod LLC does not store, transmit, or have access to full payment card numbers. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.
08 — Property Photos
Photos taken of your property in connection with service delivery are stored securely in our Supabase cloud storage. Photos used for marketing purposes (website, social media, Yard of the Month) will not include your street address or other personally identifying information. You may opt out of marketing photography by notifying us in writing at info@bettercallsod.com. Opting out does not affect service-internal photos used for documentation purposes.

Under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA, H.B. 4, effective July 1, 2024), Texas residents have the following rights with respect to their personal data:

11 — Security & Breach Notification
Better Call Sod LLC implements reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted data transmission (TLS), access controls, and use of PCI-DSS compliant payment processors.
In the event of a security breach involving your sensitive personal information as defined under Texas Business & Commerce Code § 521.002, Better Call Sod LLC will notify affected individuals in the most expedient time possible and without unreasonable delay, as required by Texas Business & Commerce Code § 521.053. Where a breach affects 250 or more Texas residents, we will also notify the Texas Attorney General as required by law. Notification will be provided via email to the address on file, or by written notice if email is unavailable.
12 — Children's Privacy
Our website and services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information, please contact us at info@bettercallsod.com and we will promptly delete it.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. Better Call Sod LLC is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party site you visit.
14 — Policy Changes
Better Call Sod LLC may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Revised" date above and notify active clients via SMS or email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
